For optimal water quality and equipment longevity, we recommend weekly service during swim season. Pools with heavy use, lots of trees nearby, or in direct sun may benefit from twice-weekly service. During off-season, bi-weekly or monthly maintenance can keep your pool protected.

Yes! Our weekly service plans include all standard chemicals needed to maintain proper water balance. This includes chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity products, and algaecide. Specialty chemicals or shock treatments for green pool recovery may be billed separately.

We offer additional service calls and can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on availability. Premium plan customers receive priority scheduling. For emergencies like equipment failure or major water issues, we have 24/7 emergency service available.

No, you don't need to be home. Most of our customers provide gate access or a code, and we service the pool while they're at work or away. We'll send you a service report after each visit so you know exactly what was done.

Absolutely! Brick City Pools is fully licensed and insured. All of our technicians are CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified and undergo background checks. We carry liability insurance to protect your property and our team.
